Why they came to us

Function 18 are a well established golf retail chain throughout the UK.

Their brief was to launch their brand online.

They wanted to target the new breed of younger, more fashion-conscious golfers—as well as those who like the golfing look.

How we went about it

We created an online store that puts the product first—and provides a shopping experience that makes the customer want to buy, and keep coming back for more

We developed an entirely new online brand, distinct from the client's bricks and mortar business.

We devised a customer-friendly navigation, to minimise the distance between “desire” and “acquire”.

And then, we tackled the most important job of all: bringing in customers to the store through highly effective on and offline marketing.

What we delivered

Virtually from day one, sales and profits have been far ahead of target.

Monthly sales regularly exceeding £30,000.

Eighteen months on, the store is an established market leader.
