Initially, Prept was no more than an idea and a project title. After working closely with global companies and realising there was a common thread to the issues they faced, Prept would be a product that would be designed to to help and guide those companies through the problematic areas of sales support.
We began on the road to developing a product from the ground up. It was a journey that would span three years - including several stages of R&D, user testing and Market Research that would form the bedrock to creating the simplest option for supporting sales conversations of complex or vast product.
To create a platform that would be both simple to use and operate. Using a device or laptop, online or offline, the key function of Prept would be to support a sales person during a customer conversation - ensuring everything that may be needed to support the direction of the conversation is close to hand.
There were several stages of R&D and Market Research that we went through to create the simplest option for supporting sales conversations. We created a simple-to-use, scaleable, platform that enhances sales meetings at every level - ensuring meetings are kept on track and key points are raised and discussed in a fluid and controlled manner. Field reports can be completed in seconds, useful data pushed to client CRM and a digital leave behind sent to the customer. Prept ensures that every sales meeting and follow up is recorded and every key decision logged - driving speedier communications, sales and profit margins.
